Local Delivery: We offer island-wide delivery, with a delivery time of approximately 4 working days for Colombo and its suburbs. For all other parts of the island, the delivery time is around 4-5 working days, unless specific delivery times are indicated.

International Delivery: If you’re ordering from outside the country, the estimated delivery time is about 10 working days. Please be aware that this timeframe might be extended due to customs clearance procedures.

Exchange Policy

If you find the need for an exchange or refund, please make sure that you send back the product(s) within 14 days from the date you received the package. It’s essential that all original tags remain intact on the items. Do bear in mind that we don’t provide refunds for returned products. Instead, you can opt to purchase a different product of equal value.

If your return request is due to an error on the part of Embark Shop, we’ll gladly refund any applicable shipping charges associated with the product(s) you’re returning.

However, if the return is unrelated to any error by Embark Shop, you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping and gift box expenses incurred for the order, as well as any costs linked to returning the item(s). We advise using a reliable shipping service with tracking when sending your return. It’s also recommended to ensure the package, as you’re responsible for ensuring that all items reach the returns centre in their original condition.
